Well now that’s it’s repossessed it isn’t yours anymore.

Just because they can’t find you doesn’t mean you’ll escape the consequences and if you’re going to make it harder on them they’re going to make it harder on you and the law is on their side.

Try to catch up with the payments.. you can hold it for a little..but i wouldn’t want to see what the consequences are.

your just killing your credit history, not to mention you a theaf, heres a tip, dont buy things you cant afford, your really sorry for that, just give the car back, because they will eventually file it as stolen and then you will be in even deeper shit

Technically you are stealing the car at this point. There is no way to work it out with the bank now so you might as well just give it back before the police get involved.

i agree with everyone else…but, think about theft.. if you think you cant aford a car now…WELL… try getting a job just so you can get a car after this.. YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET A JOB……….theft on your record is a realy bed thing to employers.. they want people they can trust and they wont trust a thief.

The worst that can happen is a guy named Guiedo comes to your door and kicks your **** till you give up the car. In the meantime your can;t drive that car without thinking it could dissapear… And leave you with nothing but a pair of sneakers..

If you don’t turn it in, they will go to court and get a judgement against you to turn over the car and if you don’t do it, your **** will be sitting in jail till you do.

I guess the worst that can happen is you are denying lawful access to the vehicle from the owner. Grand theft.

The company files a lawsuit, wins and garnish your wages.
Now, you can’t drive your car and they will hunt you down like a dog because you really pissed them off by hiding the car.
